What this site is

This site provides free printable record-keeping templates (car maintenance log, tool maintenance log, HVAC filter schedule) and a maintenance interval calculator. The calculator does simple date and arithmetic — adding an interval to a date or meter reading. That is all it does.

Not professional advice

This site provides record-keeping templates only. It contains no repair instructions and no safety guidance. Nothing on this site tells you when service is actually needed or how to perform it — always follow your equipment or vehicle manufacturer's manual for service procedures and intervals.

Interval examples and "typical" tables on this site are common conventions shown for illustration (Sample data), not recommendations for your specific car, tool, or system.

No warranty

The site and its tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Your saved data lives in your browser's local storage — clearing browser data, private browsing modes, storage limits, or browser storage-eviction policies can erase it. For example, Safari may remove website data (including local storage) for sites you haven't visited in 7 days or more. Keep your own backup of anything you care about (the calculator has an Export option for this reason).

Your data

Entries you type never leave your device (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for what you record.

License

You may use and print the templates for personal or business record-keeping. You may not resell or rebrand the templates themselves as your own product.
